Registration

 

Bullfrogs and Butterflies offers rolling admissions; February is open enrollment month for currently enrolled customers. This will provide our in-house customers the opportunity to get their space before opening enrollment to the public – March 1.

Registration for each school year and summer camp opens March 1st for all interested customers.

​

All updated forms are now posted for our 2025/2026 school year and summer camp programs. Bullfrogs and Butterflies will start the Fall 2025 school year on August 25th and go through June 19th, 2026.

​

Updated enrollment process will now include, first month tuition to be paid in advance of the 2025/2026 school year, in addition to registration and supply fee. Customers will have the option to pay at the time of enrollment or no later than June 20th to keep your space secured for the 2025/2026 school year.

If you wish to enroll your child, please complete all admission forms provided in our links below along with the appropriate fees. ** All children must be fully potty trained**

• Admissions Selection Form

• Preschool registration/supply fee of $200.00, payment to be dropped off or mailed to Bullfrogs and Butterflies. Your deposit is what will secure your space for enrollment. Due as soon as possible after completing the forms.

If you wish to enroll your child in summer camp, please complete summer camp registration form below along with appropriate fees and Admissions packet.

• Summer Camp Registration Form

• Summer camp registration fee of $500.00 (includes the $50 registration fee) with $450.00 being applied to session 2 tuition, payment due with paperwork in order to secure your space.

**Please note that all deposits, registration/supply fees are non-refundable, and all payments must be made in the form of check, cash or money orders.
